While we waited for financing, he checked on us frequently. Tim in finance was the hero of the day. He worked for 24 hours to make sure this deal happened within my specified criteria. Everyone I came into contact with was wonderful. But these two need a raise. More

Friendly, but second opinion raised concerns Interactions with staff were very good. Place was attractive, professional, and clean. They gladly worked with my schedule. I don't normally use them for routine service, but was at the dealership for the airbag recall fix My engine light had just come on, so I asked to have it checked. After deciding to get a second opinion on over $2K worth of recommended work, my regular shop discovered all the trouble codes had been cleared. This kept them from having the same information to work from as the technicians in the dealership. My guys suggested code clearing wasn't necessary while Andrew was helpful in explaining this is part of VW's standard, comprehensive troubleshooting process. I admit I don't know enough about how this works to know who is right. I just know it was a challenge to get a fully qualified second opinion. Among the recommended repairs was one to replace the high pressure fuel pump. There is a bracket protecting that pump from accident damage and fuel leaks. Two bolts secure that bracket. One was loose and the other was missing altogether. That cost me $60 in labor to have fixed by my regular mechanic. [Update] Two weeks in and my car is reporting an air bag fault. I'm going to have Miller recheck the recall work and will add to this review once we get it worked out. More

They will tell you they can’t service your car after paying for warranty and road hazard. Why pay for that if they won’t take the time to fix the issues. Instead they tell you we can’t repair a tire here ( really?) ummmmm go to discount! Worst service EVER! Waste of time and money!!! More
