The first time I walked into Larry Miller's VW service dept with questions, I was not we'll received. Not friendly, felt like I was a nuisance. Didn't think I'd be back. So glad I did because this time Shawn (my "advisor") was behind the desk and HE was amazing. I was only going to try and schedule an appt for the next time I was in Tucson. I had tried to schedule something online but was unsuccessful. He took me right in and had my car serviced and handled everything very graciously and professionally. I used the shuttle service and Felix the driver was also very friendly. Overall a great experience. More

Not just for VW I recommend getting the oil change package. It's worth it knowing your vehicle will be taken care of and checked 3 times a year by people who know wha I recommend getting the oil change package.
