When it finally came time for dropping my car off, it was painless. I was offered bottled water, coffee, and anything else I may have needed. Soon after leaving, I got a text saying that if I needed anything to respond. I think that’s an awesome service and sets you apart. Picking up my car was also smooth, and my car was clearly well taken care of. I got in and there was a coupon on my dash. Overall, the care and hard work people like Andrew put in is very clear to me as a customer. While I didn’t get my needed repairs due to my financial situation, not a single representative was pushy about it, which often happens to you when you’re a young female with car troubles. Andrew’s customer service is impeccable, he needs a raise. Thanks for all your help, it doesn’t go unnoticed! More
