First time buyer last time to buy there I bought a Beetle love the car but 2 weeks after I bought it things started going wrong with the car, I was supposed to have a warranty but the financ I bought a Beetle love the car but 2 weeks after I bought it things started going wrong with the car, I was supposed to have a warranty but the finance guy quit before he got it to me. They sold me an warranty I paid the initial installment then someone didn't to his job and I was not billed for the warranty. I received a call to go to the dealer to fix that issue, I called the manager he brushed me off never called me back at all. Same thing promises that they would fix my car had to take it back the same day it was supposed to have been fixed I had to take the car back. All of these issues and the managers play dumb and tell you things you want to hear that they will investigate and get back and they never do. Now I have no warranty a car that has issues left and right and not one manager there holds these lying people accountable they are just out to screw the customer it seems. I have heard of people being treated bad by dealers and lying so I have tried to stay away from little dealers and I was surprised that Volkswagen has people that work for them that lie and cheat their customers like they do I have never had an experience like this one but the 4 to 5 times I have been there it is one lie after another from multiple people. More

Cold and not so friendly. I walked in and there was no smile or hello. I waited for a bit and finally one of them seemed forced to help me. I put down that I would recommend a friend to this business only because my car runs beautiful after each visit. More

Absolutely horrible I bought a used vehicle that had a service issue needed within the sales contract. Since I live far the dealership completely forgot about my service I bought a used vehicle that had a service issue needed within the sales contract. Since I live far the dealership completely forgot about my service issue and finally after about a month and a half after buying the vehicle they had me take it to a sister dealership. The sister dealership had absolutely no idea how to service the issue and they actually had my after market alarm uninstalled for no reason whatsoever. Also they didn't get my vehicle running and repaired for exactly one month! One month without a vehicle. And mind you, my vehicle was running just fine when I took it to the sister dealership. Throughout all this there was no communication from the GM of the dealership I'm writing this review about. Zero! I asked every single day for over a month and never did to get to speak with the GM. All I got we're lies and ignorance from both this dealership and the sister dealership. I would like to say that Jeremy and Tim were the only good employees who actually helped me. Still, to this day, I don't have my after market alarm reinstalled due to price, even though it was the sister dealership who uninstalled it and gave me lies about the reasons behind it. This was the worst service I have ever had buying a vehicle, and I've purchased many. More
