Service Review Took 2014 VW Passat in for recall appt on airbag. Booked appt on LHM website and got dayand time that was best for me. I was checked in immediately upon arrival by Travis and then whisked off to the Mall by friendly Felix in the courtesy shuttle. LHM called me 90 min later that the car was ready. Felix picked me up 5 min later and returned to the service center. My car was repaired, washed, and ready to go upon my arrival. Excellent experience! More
