Great overall experience Andrew and Rebecca in the service dept are awesome. Rebecca said appt would take 2 hours. We live 20+miles from LHM VW so having the shuttle drop us a Andrew and Rebecca in the service dept are awesome. Rebecca said appt would take 2 hours. I was checked in immediately upon arrival by Travis and then whisked off to the Mall by friendly Felix in the courtesy shuttle. LHM called me 90 min later that the car was ready. Felix picked me up 5 min later and returned to the service center. My car was repaired, washed, and ready to go upon my arrival. Excellent experience! More
