Certified Pre-Owned means something else to Larry H. Miller After purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership I am still having issues with the drivability of my vehicle. Obviously Certified After purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership I am still having issues with the drivability of my vehicle. Obviously Certified Pre-Owned does not mean that it will drive and stop like a vehicle that has been inspected and tested. After 4 new tires the service department tells me I need new brakes to stop the front end vibrations. My 2015 Passat should not drive and vibrate like my 1961 Beetle did. Excelllent Service! I visited for engine malfunction signal from the dashboard last Friday morning. I waited for 2 hours and the VW service found that the transmission se I visited for engine malfunction signal from the dashboard last Friday morning. I waited for 2 hours and the VW service found that the transmission sensor and cable problem. Fortunately, the reparir was covered by the 3 year warranty. The VW provided free bland new lent car during repair period. Next morning, the repair was done. I am very satisfied with the VW LHM’s excellent and professional service.
