a defective car I bought a car brand NEW CAR in August 2017, 2017 Jetta and is a defective car, I 've been at the car dealer several times other than repaired the r I bought a car brand NEW CAR in August 2017, 2017 Jetta and is a defective car, I 've been at the car dealer several times other than repaired the right window, and they "repair" the issue and the car still making that raddled funny noise, I tried to talk to the main manager and he does not answer or return my calls, I left several messages, I talk to Service Manager and he does not helping me much, the last time I was there In august 2017 he said if the car continues with the noise He will see what to do, I tryed to call several times and He does not call me back or answer, Yesterday I call and this nice person Mr Villa is trying to help me, hope this time they do something about it, I have to travel 90 miles spend gas and food to go to the dealer. So hope they help me this time and repair the issue or get another car, I bought a new car and is like is not working proper. It happens is no one fault but PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!! =( More

Overall fair experience The sales person who we worked with was overly chatty and on multiple occasions I felt like I needed to step outside simply to get away from him. In addition, there were quite a few holdups with the paperwork, and we spent a lot longer in the dealership then I would have liked. The financial part of the transaction was very unorganized. We left without having multiple important pieces of the paperwork done, so we were immediately called and asked to return after we had already spent almost 6 hours in the dealership. I felt that there was not a lot of attention to detail and it made me very uncomfortable sharing my personal information with people who did not seem to be able to keep things straight. More
