We had a set appointment - that included 4 different confirmatory emails from the sales manager. When I arrived, he was not there. The other contact for me was also not present. The salesman tried to play games by standing around in the sales manager’s office (before I even test drove) and not talking or interacting. I purchased a used truck from them and after driving it the first time I had a few problems with it, i took it back and they went through it and said everything should be perfect, the next time I drove it, the first time I had a few problems with it, i took it back and they went through it and said everything should be perfect, the next time I drove it, i had the same problem. I brought the truck back in and they told me it needed to be looked at, at another dealership. He said he would have to speak with sales to get approval, after not hearing anything back for a couple days, I call them and he tells me that sales isnt going to pay to send it to another dealer to fix the problem. I feel since it happened immediately after purchase they should take care of it. More
Customer Service-Rude I know that we are in a crisis with COVID-19. He told me to drop off key and come back, After sun glass holder was replaced. He handed me the keys and said he he need the mileage. Not once asking talking about the repairs. I know the crisis has people edgy, but when you work in a customer service job. You need to look to the positive. More
