Do NOT fall for their scams. They sold me a "anti-bacterial" treatment for $179 which is absolutely useless. Save yourself a lot of money and just buy a case of Lysol. Terrible Service! I purchased my VW from Larry H. Miller Tucson, and was pleased with my salesperson. However, when my car developed a leak after 3 months, I called to I purchased my VW from Larry H. Miller Tucson, and was pleased with my salesperson. However, when my car developed a leak after 3 months, I called to schedule an appointment. I live approximately two hours from the dealership, but they said everyone had to drop off their car for service and could not pick the car up until at least the next day. And they could not give me a rental. I have no one that can follow me to Tucson to drop off my car and then take me two hours back the next day to pick it up. The service person said too bad--we cannot service any cars in one day regardless of where they live! I called another VW dealership in Tucson, and they were able to schedule a same day appointment for me. I am so sorry I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. If you do not live in Tucson, this dealership is not for you!!! More
