Manny, Service Advisor, went above and beyond to help me to get my car serviced! As I was driving home, my “check oil light” came on. I called the dealership, Manny answered and asked if I could bring it in to get my car serviced! As I was driving home, my “check oil light” came on. He offered me a few different times and dates during the week but when I explained to him that my schedule is incredibly hectic due to my occupation, he didn’t hesitate to work with my schedule- he was able to get me in right away! I am grateful that he understood my urgency and availability and will continue to purchase cars from this dealership and have my car serviced here. More

It would have been better to be told my issue was a known problem for VW with no fix rather than to be told a bs (aka lied to) story about heat and humidity and a drive test in 1 other vehicle.
