I recently purchased a car from Larry H Miller Volkswagen and had a fantastic experience. My sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. While getting into finance did take a bit longer than expected, once I was in the finance office, the process went quickly and smoothly. I appreciated the transparency and efficiency of the finance team. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Larry H Miller Volkswagen and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Five stars! More

I went in with 3 concerns and 2 were dismissed as fine(1 wasn’t fine) The moonroof screen was stuck and the mechanic yanked it apart and put a hole in the fabric. Then he hit my door handle on something an wasn’t fine) The moonroof screen was stuck and the mechanic yanked it apart and put a hole in the fabric. Then he hit my door handle on something and made 3 scratches to the metal. Was he having a bad day? I understand things happen. But come on! He damaged my car in 2 places and charged me anyhow after denying it and not offering to remedy the situation. They did clean the oily dirty tracks outta my car after I showed them to them. Bad business ethics!!! I see they got some good reviews. But who wants to take that luck of the draw? I lost. This type of uncaring greedy business practices need to change. I will not buy another VW. More
