I went in with 3 concerns and 2 were dismissed as fine(1 wasn’t fine) The moonroof screen was stuck and the mechanic yanked it apart and put a hole in the fabric. Then he hit my door handle on something an wasn’t fine) The moonroof screen was stuck and the mechanic yanked it apart and put a hole in the fabric. Then he hit my door handle on something and made 3 scratches to the metal. Was he having a bad day? I understand things happen. But come on! He damaged my car in 2 places and charged me anyhow after denying it and not offering to remedy the situation. They did clean the oily dirty tracks outta my car after I showed them to them. Bad business ethics!!! I see they got some good reviews. But who wants to take that luck of the draw? I lost. This type of uncaring greedy business practices need to change. I will not buy another VW. More

I am not a fan of buying a car. The pressure and the time to figure out financing. But I have to say I truly had a better experience than I anticipated. Alec our knowledgeable car salesman made it so comfortable. He listened and understood what we were looking for. When we had questions he was able to answer the questions regarding the vehicles we looked at. Now the financing..... Chelsea helped us. She was so sweet. I really felt comfortable and felt like I was talking to a friend. She was not pushy on buying the extras. And she also had answers when I didn't understand some of the things. Overall, my anxiety and stress of buying a used car was less than I anticipated. Thank you Alec and Chelsea for all you did. I would definitely encourage others who are in the market for a new or used car to go visit them!! More
