One, he was very patient with me through the process, and was very helpful to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. Two, he didn't harass me. I hate it when you go test drive a car, and have a million phone calls over the next 5 days asking when you're going to buy. Kyle didn't do that. He periodically checked in on my progress, but let me come to him with questions as well, making it a more enjoyable experience. And three, the actual purchase of the car was as seamless as possible. He was very thorough with explaining all of the features of the car and how to use them. I am so happy with my purchase, and with my choice of dealership. I had bought a used VW from a different dealer and the key that they gave me broke and they did not have an extra one. I was told that I had to go to a VW dealer to get a new key. I did get a new key, and key that they gave me broke and they did not have an extra one. I was told that I had to go to a VW dealer to get a new key. I did get a new key, and when I went to use it, it did not work. I called the dealer later and they told me that I had to have it programmed to the car.... no one told me that when I paid for the key. Then I set appointment for the next day and they programmed the key and everyone was super nice. It was one of the most painless experiences that I have ever had a dealership. Thank you!! I came in to the dealership in less than great spirits.
