Too bad I did not purchase my vehicle at Larry Miller. The employees at the service department really do take care of their customer by doing what is necessary to get the job well done. I have never had an issue when I take my vehicle there. My wife and I specially enjoy being taken care of by service advisor, Barbara Halsey. It is because of individuals like here and the service techs that I keep taking my vehicle there. I currently have a service contract (zaktek service) at Camelback VW, which I will cancel ASAP so that I won’t have go there ever again. The folks at Camelback really need some training from the people at Larry Miller to show them how the job is really done!! Keep it up! More
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT LARRY MILLER. I TOOK MY DAUGHTER'S BUG IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILITY, EFFICIENCY AND TREATMENT DAUGHTER'S BUG IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, CLEANLINESS OF THE FACILITY, EFFICIENCY AND TREATMENT OF ME AS THE CLIENT. I EVEN BOUGHT SOME ITEMS FOR MY DAUGHTER (tee shirt, water bottle) in your "boutique." THANKS FOR YOUR WILLINGNESS TO ASK MY OPINION. I USUALLY GO TO THAT "OTHER" DEALERSHIP ON CAMELBACK. I visited your dealership because I needed a repair on my car in order to return home to San Diego. My parents live close to your location and I thought you may be able to service my Audi. I will definitely consider you for future service when in the area. Barbara was very helpful and kept me informed throughout my visit. She was very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about the similarities between VW's and Audi's. On another note, my parents purchased a new Hyundai from Larry Miller last year and have been very happy with the sale and service of their vehicle so far. This was a HUGH step for them as they have never owned a foreign car. Thank you for taking care of us. :-) More

I will only recommend the auto service department as they have always gone above and beyond when it comes to servicing your VW auto. However, I would not recommend buying from this dealership as my last purc have always gone above and beyond when it comes to servicing your VW auto. I had purchased 3 of my previous vehicles from this same dealership when they had outstading service and willing to do an honest deal. In fact, I was so frustrated that I traded that vehicle at a Scottsdale VW dealership within a month. Which by the way provided great customer service and all about wanting your business. More

Even after HIS mistake he never called back to tell me that the figure would or wouldn t work specially being the figures he was using was my caught who brought 2011 jet about 8 months ago of course figure wouldn t work you were use a 6 month deal instead off my car that I had for 18 month So I hope I answer your question and wouldn t mine you passing this on to main office as in house did nothing and with me purchasing 8 VW in last ten years tell me how many of the thousand other customers that John is dealing with did any off them have a purchase record of 8 VW or just a piece of s--- Thanks sorry for negative comments but I'm kind of xxxx with you dealers manage More
