I brought in my 14 Tiguan after purchasing it in June of this year. The initial diagnosis was a clogged heater coil. The warranty company did not cover it however the GM, Victor, got involved and made thi this year. The initial diagnosis was a clogged heater coil. Very disappointed with this service technician Jeremy, and Larry h miller Volkswagen. I took my car for service. Due to a water leak a oil pressure red light blinking. The Mecanic test drove my car and sa and Larry h miller Volkswagen. I took my car for service. Due to a water leak a oil pressure red light blinking. The Mecanic test drove my car and said he didn't see any red light. I picked up my car, as I was driving home the red light turned on and blinked again. I called Jeremy and set up an appointment again. When I arrived to my appointment Jeremy wanted to charge me 2hrs again to check what was going on with this light turning on. Jeremy told me he was not going to charge me for the diagnose If I did any work to my car. Which I did, I paid almost $1500 to replace the water pump. This is not right. More

My purchase experience with Elijah was good. I had a 10k service scheduled for 8 am. I dropped my car off the evening before. At 1 pm I left a message looking for my car & had to leave a message. At 4 I fol service scheduled for 8 am. I dropped my car off the evening before. At 1 pm I left a message looking for my car & had to leave a message. At 4 I followed up & spoke to another service rep & waited for a call back. When Jeremy returned the call he said he’s been busy & the car would be done in 45 minutes which was 15 minutes before close. I had no way to pick up my car at that time & the dealership was closed for the holiday (NY) & they’d leave my keys with sales. I picked up the car & they refused to give me the receipt because it was the only copy. So, I wasn’t made aware of any issues. I go to the lot & they ran my Golf through the wash but didn’t wipe down the hatch so the entire backside is filthy. Just a total fail at every single turn. 😑 More
