I was pleased with our customer service rep, Tony. However, I was disappointed that our check engine light is on and I had to make another appointment and leave our vehicle at the dealership for a few However, I was disappointed that our check engine light is on and I had to make another appointment and leave our vehicle at the dealership for a few days to identify the cause. Also, when I asked for a rental vehicle for the days I would be without a vehicle, I was told there are none. Our VW is only 7 months old, and having to deal with such a problem is a huge hassle. VW can do better. More
