So far this was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I only came in that day to Check out a vehicle and walked away making a purchase. The Sales Rep Walfred was so pleasant and didn’t pressure me on buying, just helped me with my wants and needs of making a purchase. I was actually going to make a purchase at another dealership by a family member that didn’t give me a lot of options. I ended up buying With Volkswagen on a vehicle that I actually wanted instead of a vehicle I didn’t want to buy just because I needed a new car on like what my family member.was trying to get me to do and will definitely make future purchases from this store as well as sending some other friends over to make purchases. I was pleased with our customer service rep, Tony. However, I was disappointed that our check engine light is on and I had to make another appointment and leave our vehicle at the dealership for a few However, I was disappointed that our check engine light is on and I had to make another appointment and leave our vehicle at the dealership for a few days to identify the cause. Also, when I asked for a rental vehicle for the days I would be without a vehicle, I was told there are none. Our VW is only 7 months old, and having to deal with such a problem is a huge hassle. VW can do better. More
