A Fantactic Experience at LHM in purchasing a New Vehicle. Jeff L.,Michael S.,Steve G.,Steve D. all worked to make sure all my need's were meet in a timely manner. Jeff worked 6 day's beyond his norm Vehicle. Jeff L.,Michael S.,Steve G.,Steve D. all worked to make sure all my need's were meet in a timely manner. Jeff worked 6 day's beyond his normal working hours to keep me informed and educate me on the value of purchasing the vehicle that will fit my need's at this time. Jeff helped me understand the value now and in the future of purchasing the right vehicle in this challenging economy. Jeff also never insisted on making my decision's soley on the information that he was explaining to me. At no time in this experience did I feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle at LHM. Jeff's professinalism was beyond any experience in year's past. I would also like to state that Michael researced the Jetta TDI Cup for availability and found the particular model that we requested on the availability board in LHM office. (the model was not in view on the Lot) Micheal also explained in detail with regard's to the Performance,Electronic's,Mechanical, Warranty and offered his Professionalism & Knowledge 24/7 for any question's that we may have in the future before we left LHM with the vehicle. Steve G. Professionalism was evident by researching the best value for our trade-in vehicle's. Steve also informed us with the estimate's of financing the New vehicle helping us determine immediately if we were Qualified and were agreeable on the monthely payment's. Of-cource this was a primary concern of our's and Steve was able to satisfy our need's within a matter of minute's. Last phase of the purchase was Mr. Steve Dancy. Steve was the Master at finding the BEST financing available for Rosemary McCarthy.
