Our daughter's Beetle was due for it's 10k mile service and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. The motor was defected. The original work was done during the first visit but we had to come back fo and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. The motor was defected. Our only disappointment was that your shuttle wasn't available (too long a drive) to take our daughter home to Buckeye. However, before I could get to the dealership to pick her up, she'd been told that the car would be ready in 10 minutes so that worked out well. We've purchased two beetles from Larry Miller and were involved when my sister purchased her Red Beetle. ALL of our encounters at Larry Miller have been good and we are very happy with our VW vehicles. Saving for our EOS or CS now. Thank you for your great, helpful, friendly employees. More
