Well I got the vehicle and found the CD player did not work when I got it home. So I took it in and now I have to wait at least 3 days before I find out if they can fix it. Also no mention of the vehicle work when I got it home. So I took it in and now I have to wait at least 3 days before I find out if they can fix it. Also no mention of the vehicle being in an accident was presented until I was accepting the paperwork. I suppose I could have stopped right there and maybe I should have. I think Larry Miller should make this known when they're selling the vehicle. The salesman was nice enough and the finance guy was okay too. I would have thought you would have checked all those things out before you sold me the vehicle, no disclaimers were identified. So now I have to wait to have my CD player fixed and you guys are talking about aftermarket not original. I've read up on that and you don't have to change the whole navigation system just the CD player yet your service manager Oscar believes that he has to change the whole thing out. Because of this I probably won't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from you. More

So far this was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I only came in that day to Check out a vehicle and walked away making a purchase. The Sales Rep Walfred was so pleasant and didn’t pressur a vehicle. I only came in that day to Check out a vehicle and walked away making a purchase. The Sales Rep Walfred was so pleasant and didn’t pressure me on buying, just helped me with my wants and needs of making a purchase. I was actually going to make a purchase at another dealership by a family member that didn’t give me a lot of options. I ended up buying With Volkswagen on a vehicle that I actually wanted instead of a vehicle I didn’t want to buy just because I needed a new car on like what my family member.was trying to get me to do and will definitely make future purchases from this store as well as sending some other friends over to make purchases.
