Appreciate the salesman I worked with. I feel that management cut corners to make the deal quick and left out important factors in our deal. I was told something would be put in numerous times with messages to prove and it was ignored and not added like it was supposed to. Now I supposedly have to go in person to add it even though my entire process was remotely and I’m out of state for work so guess I’m screwed out of whaat they were supposed to do. My trade in hasn’t been paid off and seems as if loan process hasn’t been finalized after almost a month. Communication has been bad. Family member wants a new vehicle, not sure if I’d recommend. Very disappointed. More

I had an insurance claim with GEICO that my car was stolen and recovered by police and we took the vehicle Volkswagen in Avondale my serice advisor was Barbara which has retired 2 months ago I was sup stolen and recovered by police and we took the vehicle Volkswagen in Avondale my serice advisor was Barbara which has retired 2 months ago I was supposed to contact me 2 years ago due to my claim told me that they're ordering parts after 6 months of waiting vehicle was released through insurance and approval through adjuster car was picked up after 50 miles check engine light came on they said they did a 360 point diagnose which nothing was done charge me $3,946 for ignition switch which was back order they need to replace the chair battery and other body work which nothing was made on the vehicle so this dealer is a fraud basically they like to charge people and not do the service to provide for their customers I recommend people never to be your car to this dealer is it affect that their fraudulent and I guess the owner of this business doesn't give a s*** to call back people and give them updates of any information when I return back to the dealer 2 weeks ago and asked what's going on with my claim where's my parts they're telling me that parts were never ordered which I have an invoice with all the parts service labor is all completely charged on my invoice how can they write an invoice and provide for a customer and then after that tell them that they never ordered in the parts which they told me that vehicle was going to be completed as soon as they receive parts to complete the service service was never provided parts basically you were never ordered a customer is waiting for emails calls and everything else never got informed of anything else until I came to them still I have no information I'm still contacting them I'm still calling them leaving the messages calling day by day to their dealer no one's give me a call back someone has to do something about something More
