The rest of the staff were very knowledgable and courteous but I can 't stress enough how the sales tactics of the sales manager displeased us. I would have respected him more had he had introduced himself to us. I highly recommened the dealership because od the Salesman Bryan and especially Mr. Dao in the finance department. He went out of his way to let us know we have an A raing with Volkswagen and we were entitled to the dent and scratch service for free. Because of him and Bryan I would recommened this dealer . Also the past two times we purchased at this dealership we were treated with the utmost respect which is why we returned. The sales manager needs a class on customer service though. More
