I believe that the representative who helped me was having a bad day since he was very short on his responses and kind of mean quite frankly. I inquired about my AC been weak and noise on driver window elevator and he immediately said that: quote ” have to leave car for 3 days just to be inspected since a hundred cars were already in before mine” even though I had an appointment with that reason as well at 1:30pm after the oil change appointment at 1:00pm. He Gave me the impression that VW’s are problematic cars.
