Laid back Buying a new vehicle is an emotional experience all by itself, on top of dealerships having a reputation of being stressful and overwhelming. However my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when walking into a VW dealership. There weren't any "salesmen vultures" lurking outside, we were able to walk in by ourselves and then we were greeted in a friendly manner. VW was a completely different 'feel'. Yes, I was stressed and emotional at times but instead of feeling like just another transaction, I felt as though Rob and Amanda truly empathized with me. Our sales rep Joel was very friendly and was patient with our kids. They were willing to work with us and tried keeping the payments close to were we wanted within their means. We bought a certified used car that had just gotten in that day. The only complaints I would have are that they rushed the cleaning process. The interior roof upholstery was still dirty and so were other places like the middle fold down cup holder in the back seat and under the mat in the trunk area wasn’t even vacuumed. Lastly there is no owners manuel to be found in the vehicle. All in all we’re happy with our purchase. More
