4/2024 I waited over 3 hours just to get air in my tire. That was ridiculous. And I had an 8:30am appointment. I left at 11:30 am and because I got up and said I have a nother appointment at noon I have to That was ridiculous. And I had an 8:30am appointment. I left at 11:30 am and because I got up and said I have a nother appointment at noon I have to go. 9/6/23 Second time coming to the service department here and AGAIN!!! FROM 5PM TO 8PM. my appointment was at 5pm for an oil change 1st thing I was told was " let me check if someone will do it cause it's 5pm already" umm well I made an appointment and that's the time I was giving. Then Mr. Jeff that checked me in decided to just leave and apparently didn't tell anyone about my car so there I was waiting and waiting 1 hour and 40 mins later I get up and ask when will my car be done their faces where like " what are you talking about" yup no one was working on my car. This is unacceptable, Jeff NEEDS to Compensate me for my time. He left in a hurry cause it was time to go home, well my time is valuable too and to be wasted like this and even worse no one knew my car was just there for 1 hour and 40 mins. I tried called the manager matthew today to put a complaint and no answer and doesn't even let me leave a voicemail.Someone needs to call me and make this right. The way I being treated at Larry H Miller is beyond horrible. More
