Taking your vehicle for service So I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and a bunch of inspections done because the tire light was on and I couldn't see anything just at a So I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and a bunch of inspections done because the tire light was on and I couldn't see anything just at a glance and the tires all were holding pressure. So, the service center guy was ok, not great, not completely rude, just ok. Listen I understand that sometimes things will take longer and I don't expect a big job to be done in a small amount of time. But I do ask that you look around when you're already in an area and make sure you don't see anything funny, I can schedule another appointment earlier if it's necessary. So anyway, I finally get done knocking into this guys head that I just want them to look and make sure nothing is abnormal and I go sit down. It doesn't take 10 minutes before some shark comes asking me about what vehicle I have in the service center because, as he points to the office of sharks, "they are looking for inventory and told him to come talk to me". Every time I bring my car into the service center I get approached by some lousy shark trying to push me into something newer. If I want something newer I'll come in and find somebody to ask about what they have and deals they may have, I DON'T NEED YOU APPROACHING ME! I get it, you're salesmen and it's about making that buck, but for heaven sake stop with harassing people that are getting their vehicles serviced. Oh, and this is the first time I've ever had the mechanic not talk to the service guy and tell him when something is wrong. I had a nail in one of the tires and he said he noted it, but I had to go see the light still on to find out. COMMUNICATION IS EVERYTHING! More
