This place participates in shady business practices and have incompetent sales people, finance & automotive technicians. I bought a "certified pre own" vehicle from them about a month ago now and this is t have incompetent sales people, finance & automotive technicians. I bought a "certified pre own" vehicle from them about a month ago now and this is the second time I have had to take it in to the shop cause of a mechanical issue but I'll get to the incompetent mechanics in a little bit. First of all the salespeople and idiots behind "the desk" will try to do everything they can to mark up the price of their cars and get every penny from you. They think they are selling another type of German vehicle that starts with a M and ends with a Benz. After that you have to deal with the finance guy which is a total jerk off and don't know how to treat people especially people that are giving him money so that he can get his pay check and be a fat piece of crap. I agreed with the salesperson on one price for my monthly payments after checking and checking again to make sure I will be financially good every month after making my monthly car payment. After having to wait couple days to finally get my car since they had to do their "certified inspection" I came back to sign the final finance papers and pick up my car it turns out my payments went up monthly even though supposedly my amounts of payments will be less which I was planning for the amount I agreed on monthly not making less payments when I checked my finances. All the finance guy can do is make up excuses and start blaming my credit score and start making up excuses about that which he don't understand my credit score I have I worked hard at to get it there and they don't boost credit scores for serving this country of course he is a fat turd and would not understand serving anything but himself and his gut. So after dealing with that idiot and getting my car and driving off I get a check engine light about a week or so later and take it in to the shop. The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me $140 or so bucks just for the diagnosis, not repairs but jus diagnosis and finally found the certified pre-owned paperwork showing I still got warranty on my car after I told them no to the diagnosis fee and drove away from the lot. After talking to them a week later and making sure I have the warranty I went there to get the check engine light taken care and it took them two whole days to finally figure out the problem was a loose oil filler cap some mechanic probably didn't tighten during the "certified inspection". Couple weeks later my driver's side headlight flicks on and off while my head lights are on and I get it into their shop to get taken care of. I get a call and my battery is supposed to be a certain battery and has to be paired with the car and the Mopar battery that is in there for some reason will have to come out and I have to pay for the new battery. The idiot of a mechanic that did the "certified inspection" should of known that type of battery should of known a Mopar battery does not belong in there and changed it out before I got the car in the first place but of course the mechanic probably worked at pep boys as a mechanic before this and got a degree from Arizona State so that's the kind of mechanics they have, obviously they can't read either cause it says Mopar all over the battery but during their half done inspection they didn't care enough to address that issue. Now I'm stuck with the price of the new battery and I got my first car payment coming up. When I decide to trade in my car in the future for possibly just a new year of the same model I have I will be going to one of the other Volkswagen dealerships in the valley and staying far far away from here and I suggest you do the same More
My experience was wonderful. I was kept well informed throughout the process. There was some trouble with my after market insurance and the service department dealt with the situation very professionally throughout the process. We received excellent service from Elijah. After having our 2018 VW Jetta Wolfsburg serviced, we received a call saying that they loved our car and wanted to give us an offer. We sat on it, and thought abo our 2018 VW Jetta Wolfsburg serviced, we received a call saying that they loved our car and wanted to give us an offer. We sat on it, and thought about it for a few days. Originally we wanted a Atlas but it just wasn’t in the cards for us, so we decided on a Tiguan. Elijah went above and beyond by communicating with me via text, and bringing the Tiguan to the house for us to check out. He worked with his managers to get us the deal we wanted, and he did just that. The finance guy that helped get everything together was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Larry Miller Volkswagen if you are in the market for a new Volkswagen. They are not pushy, and or your typical cars sale people. They actually care and try to help in the best way possible. We had a very excellent, and quick experience. Thank you guys! More
Had 2020 Atlas Cross Sport delivered with dent below passenger door. Had to take day off and spend 3 hrs with drive time to take back to dealership to have fixed. Service Dept. Made me feel like I was a passenger door. Had to take day off and spend 3 hrs with drive time to take back to dealership to have fixed. Service Dept. Made me feel like I was a major inconvenience. When time for pick up they handed me the keys and I was to go find the car out on the lot myself. Didn’t even wash it. More

Freddy was great to work with! He delivered the new car to my house and helped me trade in my old car from the comfort of my home. I was given a more than generous offer for my trade in and he was able to to my house and helped me trade in my old car from the comfort of my home. Gave this place two chances and both times left very irritated with the process. I bought a car from them back in 2007 and I decided that since returning to the state that I would go there first to trad irritated with the process. I bought a car from them back in 2007 and I decided that since returning to the state that I would go there first to trade in my current vehicle for a newer one. First contact was with Bryan Westley, we went over the vehicle and then the cost. I understood I was coming in with negative equity so the cost of the vehicle would be higher. Since I gave myself a month and a half to find a new vehicle, I took my time. During the vehicle search there was sporatic contact with Bryan and the final contact with him was a little after a month later which was done by phone. The reason I write this review is only because the same bait and switch tactic that was used twice. Both times when I was getting ready to walk away or finish our phone conversation, the sales person threw out a low monthly payment to keep me engaged, after waiting for the "let me talk to my manager" he comes back to give me the exact same deal or something higher. If it would have been done once I would have thought it was a simple mistake but doing it twice it is a pattern. More
