Directed towards the service dept, wife purchased a 2016 GTI certified pre owned and has only had it for 6 months and it’s been in the shop over 11 times in the last 6 months. She’s out over a grand worth o GTI certified pre owned and has only had it for 6 months and it’s been in the shop over 11 times in the last 6 months. She’s out over a grand worth of her own money to ensure her car runs right, Kyle the service manager is very rude and very condescending, they tell her they can not fix the problem or diagnose it properly. I have sold cars for 5 years and have never seen a service dept as unprofessional and not willing to help out a soon to be mother as much as them. They overcharge for all parts and labor and blatantly do not care about customer service. Eric is the only one who actually has TRIED to help us. The rest of the service drive literally drive us away. Me and my wife who both own Volkswagen will never purchase or service another car with you guys again. More

I didn't have an appointment, Service Dept was very busy, but Kyle S got the job done for me! The circumstances were stressful when my car got there via a tow truck. but Kyle S got the job done for me! The circumstances were stressful when my car got there via a tow truck. More
Micheal Abalos was awesome, he went over the vehicle features in detail, listened to what we were looking for, got us a great deal in record time and even delivered the car to our home so we would not h features in detail, listened to what we were looking for, got us a great deal in record time and even delivered the car to our home so we would not have to drag our young kiddo to the dealership. Had to change my service time the day before; they did it with no problem. Met promptly when I arrived, check in was quick and efficient. Suggested additional service, I declined. Felt no pressure to have with no problem. Met promptly when I arrived, check in was quick and efficient. Suggested additional service, I declined. Felt no pressure to have it done at that time. Asked if I wanted the car cleaned, I didn’t. Nice point to make , nothing was done without asking me first. Service was completed very quickly and I was on my way. Please note to any readers, this is a big improvement since I was at this dealership some time ago. If they maintain this level of service I highly recommend them. More
This place participates in shady business practices and have incompetent sales people, finance & automotive technicians. I bought a "certified pre own" vehicle from them about a month ago now and this is t have incompetent sales people, finance & automotive technicians. I bought a "certified pre own" vehicle from them about a month ago now and this is the second time I have had to take it in to the shop cause of a mechanical issue but I'll get to the incompetent mechanics in a little bit. First of all the salespeople and idiots behind "the desk" will try to do everything they can to mark up the price of their cars and get every penny from you. They think they are selling another type of German vehicle that starts with a M and ends with a Benz. After that you have to deal with the finance guy which is a total jerk off and don't know how to treat people especially people that are giving him money so that he can get his pay check and be a fat piece of crap. I agreed with the salesperson on one price for my monthly payments after checking and checking again to make sure I will be financially good every month after making my monthly car payment. After having to wait couple days to finally get my car since they had to do their "certified inspection" I came back to sign the final finance papers and pick up my car it turns out my payments went up monthly even though supposedly my amounts of payments will be less which I was planning for the amount I agreed on monthly not making less payments when I checked my finances. All the finance guy can do is make up excuses and start blaming my credit score and start making up excuses about that which he don't understand my credit score I have I worked hard at to get it there and they don't boost credit scores for serving this country of course he is a fat turd and would not understand serving anything but himself and his gut. So after dealing with that idiot and getting my car and driving off I get a check engine light about a week or so later and take it in to the shop. The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me $140 or so bucks just for the diagnosis, not repairs but jus diagnosis and finally found the certified pre-owned paperwork showing I still got warranty on my car after I told them no to the diagnosis fee and drove away from the lot. After talking to them a week later and making sure I have the warranty I went there to get the check engine light taken care and it took them two whole days to finally figure out the problem was a loose oil filler cap some mechanic probably didn't tighten during the "certified inspection". Couple weeks later my driver's side headlight flicks on and off while my head lights are on and I get it into their shop to get taken care of. I get a call and my battery is supposed to be a certain battery and has to be paired with the car and the Mopar battery that is in there for some reason will have to come out and I have to pay for the new battery. The idiot of a mechanic that did the "certified inspection" should of known that type of battery should of known a Mopar battery does not belong in there and changed it out before I got the car in the first place but of course the mechanic probably worked at pep boys as a mechanic before this and got a degree from Arizona State so that's the kind of mechanics they have, obviously they can't read either cause it says Mopar all over the battery but during their half done inspection they didn't care enough to address that issue. Now I'm stuck with the price of the new battery and I got my first car payment coming up. When I decide to trade in my car in the future for possibly just a new year of the same model I have I will be going to one of the other Volkswagen dealerships in the valley and staying far far away from here and I suggest you do the same More
