Directed towards the service dept, wife purchased a 2016 GTI certified pre owned and has only had it for 6 months and it’s been in the shop over 11 times in the last 6 months. She’s out over a grand worth of her own money to ensure her car runs right, Kyle the service manager is very rude and very condescending, they tell her they can not fix the problem or diagnose it properly. I have sold cars for 5 years and have never seen a service dept as unprofessional and not willing to help out a soon to be mother as much as them. They overcharge for all parts and labor and blatantly do not care about customer service. Eric is the only one who actually has TRIED to help us. The rest of the service drive literally drive us away. Me and my wife who both own Volkswagen will never purchase or service another car with you guys again. More
