My purchase experience with Elijah was good. I had a 10k service scheduled for 8 am. I dropped my car off the evening before. At 1 pm I left a message looking for my car & had to leave a message. At 4 I fol service scheduled for 8 am. I dropped my car off the evening before. At 1 pm I left a message looking for my car & had to leave a message. At 4 I followed up & spoke to another service rep & waited for a call back. When Jeremy returned the call he said he’s been busy & the car would be done in 45 minutes which was 15 minutes before close. I had no way to pick up my car at that time & the dealership was closed for the holiday (NY) & they’d leave my keys with sales. I picked up the car & they refused to give me the receipt because it was the only copy. So, I wasn’t made aware of any issues. I go to the lot & they ran my Golf through the wash but didn’t wipe down the hatch so the entire backside is filthy. Just a total fail at every single turn. 😑 More

Came from Scottsdale to look at an Audi S3, and went on a test drive. The entire time my sales person had no idea about the car itself, so I just kinda went through the test drive without really talking abou test drive. When it was over we parked the car and I went inside where he was going to run some numbers.. or at least I thought, because he didn’t really tell me about what the plan or process was. He didn’t want to go over anything about my trade in, he was solely focused him running my credit. The entire time I’m by myself in their lobby just sitting at a table, only person there. He spent most of his time in the back, pulling my credit and then shaming me when I told him I wouldn’t be putting a co-signer on nor any money down. I know my credit score and I know what my car is worth, more importantly I know what I’m worth, and if you have any sense of that, I wouldn’t come here and waste your time. I’ve done business with, and have strong relationships in the VW world, and every single time someone or myself brings up Larry H Miller, it’s always with disgust. Now I get it. More

So I wanted to trade my VW Tiguan for a new one or Atlas..First time i went there to ask someone to appraise my car there were two guys,one in charge for internet sales(which I can not find a picture Atlas..First time i went there to ask someone to appraise my car there were two guys,one in charge for internet sales(which I can not find a picture down to rate 1) and the other guy I think Mike..They told me they will email me the appraisal..I never got anything..Second time yesterday I went again this time Karla and the same internet sale guy-same situation again no one calls or anything so called them to see what is happening they say they are busy And I understand that..They appraised my car for 3000 dollars so I went today to other places to check and my car got appraised for 6500 dollars twice..my point is that these people will not provide you any service if they don't see big commission for them..they will ignore you and if you reach them they will give you this kind of offer just to make as much as they can..I am deff not recommending that dealership if you want to buy a car and have a good customer experience.On the other side their service team : Barbara,Mike B.,Mike E. ,Kyle are amazing.I have been doing everything for my car over there and service team treats you like a family!
