We bought a new atlas and this was the easiest car buying experience. From the initial deal to the final signing with the finiance department all the employees we met were friendly we didn't feel pressured i experience. I kept asking the 2 salesmen for the code as I downloaded the app in front of them. Fast forward, 5 days later and now "my car doesn't qualify". HUGE fail. I was also told after the fact that my salesman was not certified to sell the ID 4 model. Another big disappointment from Larry H Miller Avondale.
