I was contacted by Fernando, a service a manager at this location. He apologized, assured me that all their Salesmen are certified to sell the ID.4. He was great. He also offered me a $500 gift card to Electrify America to make up for this debacle. I let him know I was grateful for the credit, even though it is vastly different than the three years unlimited that was promised to me by Miguel in January. I waited two weeks, constantly checking my mailbox for either a gift card or a check. As of Feb 17th, I have received NO RESPONSE to my text messages and NO CREDITS for Electrify America from the Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Team. To say the customer service at this location is lacking is an understatement. Victor, can you PLEASE help me? I am in love with my new car, but feel your Team should do their part to help turn this around. Any help with this is GREATLY appreciated.
