My wife and I brought our 2018 VW Atlas in for a defective water pump and AC not cooling correctly. When my wife picked me up the Atlas the water pump was repaired but the AC was not addressed, my w defective water pump and AC not cooling correctly. When my wife picked me up the Atlas the water pump was repaired but the AC was not addressed, my wife had to turn around and bring it back to the service department after only a couple miles of usage. My wife and I were upset with this outcome but we worked with our service advisor Aaron Keys and his customer service was through the whole situation top notch. What a nice guy with a good attitude, a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be mad at the guy, We have been to this dealership for service before and we even bought our new Atlas here and the service department hasn’t always been the best almost felt like we were bothering them, even the service manager wasn’t, the greatest. But I tell you the service and attitude we received from service advisor keys I would buy another VW if I was promised I would always get him for our service needs. The other service advisors and even the service manager should take some notes from this guy. He’s got it. Thank you Aaron we appreciate you and the service you provided us. Well wishes to you Sir!
