One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. I traded in my truck at this dealership for a 2024 Atlas and I have been having nothing but problems. To start off, the dealership di dealership. I traded in my truck at this dealership for a 2024 Atlas and I have been having nothing but problems. To start off, the dealership did not pay off the full amount of my trade in to my former credit union and I had to pay the remaining $500, since I was getting constant calls from my former credit union, stating that I was late on my payment due to Volkswagen not paying off my car on time and when they finally paid it, the check was short!! Supposedly, I was going to get that paid back but I have yet to receive any money from Volkswagen…. 2nd of all, my Atlas has been in the service department since 4/20/24 for an Airbag issue and my A/C not working properly! I barely got this vehicle on 3/16. How does that even happen!? 3rd of all, I have been trying to get ahold of the GM, Victor, to see if he can help resolve these issues but he has been unresponsive. I’m guessing he doesn’t want to help out since this is a pretty big problem. I made a HUGE mistake by going with this dealership and I want my truck back that I traded in with them. I really do. More

Was good for the most part. I need more work done but the inspection report wasn’t given to me as a printout. I guess I have to go to the Tex message about. They rotated my tire I need more work done but the inspection report wasn’t given to me as a printout. I guess I have to go to the Tex message about. They rotated my tires and on my way home my check tire light came on. Not sure they put the correct pressure in the tires. The track the service was not updated when it was in the inspection step. So not sure why you have it if it update. Other than those points I was happy with it. More
