So to start out it took us over 5 hours to buy a car which normally only takes us 2 or 3. We would have to sit and wait for an hour between each car they would show us.  Then they tack on their fees and which normally only takes us 2 or 3. We would have to sit and wait for an hour between each car they would show us.  Then they tack on their fees and taxes after you buy the car which is an additional 5 thousand which is ridiculous because most other place is only charged about 2 or 3 thousand.  Then I started to notice our car was leaking oil so I went and checked it out come to find out they had overfilled when they had done the oil change apparently their mechanics have no idea how to do a simple oil change.  Let's hope my motor is not ruined because of this.  Then it took them 2 weeks to process our loan. other places you get the loan approved within the same day that you get your car or before you even drive off the lot.  The people who do their paperwork are a freaking nightmare  They never answer the phone and they take forever to do anything. So in short avoid this place avoid it like the plague and I am never coming back. More

Worst place to buy a car. They just sell you a car and forget about you. No follow up! It's obvious customer satisfaction is NOT important for them. I was without my car for like two months.I left it at their shop and because it was still under factory's warranty, they said they would take it to the dealership. And guess what? After I didn't get a follow up call, I called and they didn't even know where my car was. The dealership didn't know either. I had to use Uber and depend on rides for several weeks. I was very stupid to go back to them to get my next car. Over a month ago I bought an overpriced vehicle and so far, nobody has called, when someone was supposed to call me to follow up. Their motto should be ''sell it and forget it''. I should have bought my car from Ken Garff. I previously had bought vehicles from them and what a difference! They do care about their customers. Don't go to Larry H. Miller to buy your next vehicle! More

Terrible service - waited 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and maintenance under warranty - don’t buy a warranty! Only one who did anything was girl helping at desk. Very disappointed! All was good until papers were signed. They had to jumpstart the car, said they would replace the battery but didn’t. They cleaned it off and called it good.
