They tell me I did not have an appointment, but they will squeeze me in. Told me it would take an hour and a half. While I was killing time I inquired about trading it in. They told me I could trade it in with $3000 down, because I'm super upside down in a car they sold me 1 year ago. So I said no that's not happening. They tell me my car is done. However, they have not done the registration. So I'm sitting here writing this review. They also advertise 2 movie tickets for test driving and having a car appraised, that was a lie. Also I walked around their lot looking for cars waiting for assistance for 30+ minutes, all while watching employees stand around and play games on their computers. I won't be buying a vehicle their again. Larry Has Miller is probably rolling over in his grave over the way his business's are being run. More

I assumed I would just forever be paying his car payment since he was never able to have the funds available when his due date came up. I spoke with Ray the other day and he told me he thought he could help me out. I was hesitant to really start the "buying a car" process, but thought I would try anyways. I was beyond surprised when he told me he could get my brother in a NEWER car, less miles, and better gas mileage for less than he was paying now. I was very impressed with how respectful and honest Ray Martinez was while dealing with my situation. He is a class act guy and I feel very lucky that I was able to do business with him. I will definitely refer any of my friends or family to your business! More
A Divorce ruined my credit. Only LHM helped Brad Herd at LHM used car supermarket in sandy UT is AMAZING! I had been shot down by dozens of "bad credit lenders" after guarantees and wasted time Brad Herd at LHM used car supermarket in sandy UT is AMAZING! I had been shot down by dozens of "bad credit lenders" after guarantees and wasted time... Brad Herd delivered above and beyond his pre approval. My car was totalled in a black ice incident right after my credit was destroyed in a divorce. Brad was 100% honest and literally made no comission on my loan and worked on my personal deal for 5 days, just to lower my price to get me a better lender! He is my car dealer from here on. Don't even waste time with other "sub prime offers" it'll only waste your time with lengthy denials and dings on credit to top it off. Whether your credit is great or terrible, you'll actually have a compassionate salesman backing you up. The whole used car supermarket is great but Brad Herd is the man to contact. More

When they called me in 5 days to tell me my check was on its way and my rental was ending next week, my car-shopping was underway! I went to LHM Used Car Supermarket on-line because I had used their dealer maintenance for 20+ years. I immediately got an email, then a call and then an appointment with Jimmy Renshaw. He and the others were friendly, not pushy, respectful of my budget, and easy to deal with. Thank you! Bonnie Cavill More
Decietful, dishonest, unethical I went to Larry h miller in Sandy and I am very disappointed with my experience. I feel that they were extremely unethical and run their business very I went to Larry h miller in Sandy and I am very disappointed with my experience. I feel that they were extremely unethical and run their business very dishonestly. I was very specific about my needs and my price range and the fact of where I wanted my payment AND my overall total price. I communicated over the phone about my trade and was told it was valued at $12,000 to which I informed them I owed $13,500 and I could not take less than $12,500 as a trade for it and they told me we could work to get it closer to the $12,500. I asked for a vehicle no more than $5000 to purchase and asked if they had anything that met that and the other requirements for the vehicle and they told me they did. Because of this we drove an hour to test drive vehicles. They showed us 2 vehicles 1. A 2004 Ford expedition Eddie Bauer with 117k miles on it and was rough on the inside (paint spilled all down the right side of the vehicle on the inside from the trunk up to the passenger front seat, heavily worn and damaged leather seats, torn stained carpet and ceiling) which you'd expect for a vehicle under $5000. I asked how much the vehicle was retail price and was told $4000- $4500 he wasn't sure so we took it for a test drive because it met our needs. 2. The second vehicle we were shown was a gmc acadia which looked nice and had lower miles so we asked how much it was and he came back and told us $8400 so we said oh ya that's way outside what we want to spend we aren't even going to drive it we want to stay within the $5000 range. I ask how much they said they could give for our trade in now that they have seen it in person and he says they can give the full $12,500. So we think ok awesome! We think about the expedition again and decide yes we'd like to purchase it it meets most our requirements so we go inside and start the paperwork. We ask for the full price of the loan to be told to us with the taxes and what we still owed on the trade it. He finally brings out the paper that has the interest rate, Payment, trade in credit, and loan total and it was $9900!!! Needless to say, We were shocked!! We asked how a $4000- $4500 car could possibly make it to almost $10k with taxes and licensing to which he then tells us oh no the expedition is $7000 and the trade is only $11,500!! None of this is even close to what we were told or what we asked for! My husband and i stepped outside to calm down and talk about it because at this point we were pretty ticked off because we felt blatantly lied to. Trevor, the sales guy comes out to talk to us again to see if we could work something out to which we told him the only way we are going to work this out is if you get it down to $6000 as a final price because that is what we were expecting based on what we were told and what we asked for. He said that they could not get it that low but he'd see what he could do. He comes back at $8500, honoring the trade at $12,500 but that was still $3500 more than our top price! So we declined. We inform him we feel that it was dishonest because we both know that he said the expedition was in our price range at $4000- $4500 to which he responds oh no I didn't say that the other vehicles we walked by that I said had over 200k miles and we're very beat up are the only ones in that range. And that he showed us the expedition that apparently he knew was not in our price range and he said usually people think they care about the full loan price but really they just care about the monthly payment. Ok, but I told him 3 different times that the loan amount was more important to me than the monthly payment. Also, the expedition only values at $4200- $4600! Not even in excellent condition, which it was no where near being, it only valued at $5400! So where the heck are they getting $7000!!! I feel this was a sneaky attempt to make extra money hoping we wouldn't look at the bottom line. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional. We walked away. We will not be visiting Larry H. Miller ever again. We had a bad experience at the orem location but this tops it. Hands down the worst car experience we have ever had. We will be telling everyone we know not to go to them and reporting this to the BBB. More
Wish I could give zero stars I wish I could give zero stars. I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. We bought a bigger vehicle for our growing family, and p I wish I could give zero stars. I have had the worst experience of my life with this company. We bought a bigger vehicle for our growing family, and purchased a warranty too. Well, yesterday our all wheel drive broke. Broke!! We have had this car for barely a year, and metal chunks are falling out. When I called the service center to get this fixed, they said it was not covered under our warranty and wouldn't help us at all. It costs $2200 to fix. $2200!!! My paperwork said we had a warranty to get it fixed, nope. They screwed us. They are dishonest, and could care less what they do to people. I have 3 children including a newborn and now have NO car. I wish I would've gone somewhere else. Don't believe their fake lies about how they can get you into any vehicle and they will help you, because they won't. It's all a big lie. More

Stay away from them! Checkout all the reviews on Yelp! False advertising. You have probably heard them say on the radio that they will give you $3000 more than the trade Checkout all the reviews on Yelp! False advertising. You have probably heard them say on the radio that they will give you $3000 more than the trade in value of your car. That's a big fat lie. The only reason I went in was for that deal so after finding the van that I wanted online I went in for a test drive only to find out that they couldn't sell me the van at the listed price if they gave me $3000 for my car. They would have to sell the van for more of course. So after the test drive we talked about payment plans and I wanted to think about it and look at other options at other places but I felt like they wouldn't let me leave without getting me to buy something. I talked the price down a little bit and luckily I have excellent credit so they got a payment I could feel okay about. Three hours later, after what should have only been a half hour test drive (my kids with a babysitter that hadn't expected me to be gone that long) I got out the door with a new van but I still had to bring it back to get detailed and get my husband to sign. Signing took another hour, in which they tried to talk us into extra coverage that we didn't want. Although they may really think the extra coverage is useful, our baby was screaming and we did not want to be there. All in all, it was frustrating and they need to be more considerate of people's time. Furthermore, They seem like nice sales agents that want to get you a payment you can afford but months after this purchase I realized that they charged me more than we had talked about. They didn't tell me there was a finance fee. Had I known I would have got third party financing. Also, when JJ discussed with me how much my trade in was worth and the price of the car they first told me my trade in would be one thing and the price of the van was another. They negotiated by lowering the price of the van by $500. He neglected to tell me that they decreased my trade-in value by $500 at the same time essentially not changing my overall cost at all!! what kind of deal is that? That is so dishonest. That isn't negotiating this is cheating! Overall the van ended up being $2000 more than expected. I tried calling Doug Webb and he never returned my calls. More
