Crooks I purchased a 2017 Yukon XL from Travis at the 90th and 200W location, He was great until it came time to do all the things he promised me. I was pr I purchased a 2017 Yukon XL from Travis at the 90th and 200W location, He was great until it came time to do all the things he promised me. I was promised Clear FX would fix everything on the body, which was a lie. There were two huge dents that they did finally fix but they sure made it sound like they did me a favor. There were still plenty of scratches and other minor dents that should have been fixed. I was promised a 45K mile gm service will be done before i picked up the vehicle. They were suppose to provide a carfax showing this 45000 mile gm service. I picked up the car and asked Travis to provide the Carfax which he said was not updated yet, after asking over and over for my carfax I was told by the manager that the 45k mile service was NEVER DONE (Are you kidding me, they sold me a car with this service but never did it...). When i asked him to make it right he replied you don't have it on paper MY MAN... Little did these guys know i have every conversation recorded. I gave them one last chance to make it right and he offered to give me the dealership price for the service at Chevrolet dealership because i did not trust these crooks working on my car at their dealership.. They wanted me to still pay for this service... Save your time and money and go somewhere else, as for me i will be contacting my lawyer tomorrow and will post all the videos and texts once my case is resolved. More

Awful!!! Dishonest people. They don't "really" take care of their customers like they say. They think they do, but they don't. I know they tried but I also Dishonest people. The customer shouldn't get stuck with a the headache of car that was no good. Instead of just admitting it, they just kept saying that they fixed the problem. They sweet-talk you into anything to make their sale I am so sad that this car dealership - the one in Sandy - has turned into a dishonest, and very aggressive car dealership. They will talk anyone into buying a car that is WAY out of their range. I HATE when people take advantage of people who may not know better. These salesmen prey on those they see come in who they figure don't know any better, and talk them into buying something they don't want or need. They twist their words so they can try to 'save' themselves later on. They convinced my son to trade in his awesome car, telling him that the payments and insurance would be cheaper, and crap like that. Well, his insurance went up, his car payment went up, this car has not been taken care of, and they did NOT help us out once we figured out what they had done! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, you will regret it!!! We will not be back, and I hope everyone else takes a closer look at what they'll try talking you into. More
