Get a 2nd quote when dealing with Service Department I gave the sales team a good review after purchasing a car there, but the service department seems to be a different story! The first time using the service department the car had a rock stuck in the brake system and the service guy said they removed it but when they did they noticed the back brakes were getting really low and the rotors needed to be resurfaced for a total of $550. I told him we would have to bring it back another time and thanks for removing the rock. I then called a different mechanic and he said that it only would cost $250, so naturally I took the car to him, but when I did he called and said he could not do it because the brakes were in almost "new" condition and the rotors are great! I'm really disappointed that the LHM used car supermarket tried to pull this stunt on me and will be extremely careful when attempting to use their service department and GET ANOTHER QUOTE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! More
Promised warranty and won't honor it I bought a car from LHM a couple years ago. When I purchased the car the salesman promised me a lifetime warranty that would cover "everything except I bought a car from LHM a couple years ago. When I purchased the car the salesman promised me a lifetime warranty that would cover "everything except basic wear and tear" (brakes, tires, etc..). When my car had an issue I took it in and let the service center know I had a warranty. They took the car, diagnosed it and called me later with a quote to fix the CV Axel for $600. I told them I had a warranty and they looked it up and told me that my warranty didn't cover that. So I asked what it did cover and was told it only covers the drive train. When I told them what I was promised they said "yeah, we keep hearing that. They really need to stop saying that." So, they know it is happening, and haven't stopped their salesmen from saying that, but still refuse to honor the warranty that was promised. So I told them no thanks, I'll replace the CV Axel myself (took approximately 30 minutes). They still insisted on charging me $115 for the diagnosis. Refused to give me my car back until I paid. Then I get a call a few days later from someone following up to see how my experience was. When I explained it they said the same thing "yeah, we hear that complaint a lot. They really need to stop saying that." This is ridiculous! They know what their salesmen are saying and don't do anything about it or honor what was promised. I realize they are used car salesman, but they are doing everything possible to not only live up to the stigma, but make the profession far less trustworthy, if possible. I suggest management takes all the money at the beginning of the year (or quarter if they do quarterly quotas) that they have allocated for sales bonuses. Every time something like this happens they pay for it out of that account. If a salesman promises a lifetime comprehensive warranty, pay for it out of the bonus account. At the end of the year/quarter, if the account is empty, no bonuses for the lying salesmen. More

So FRUSTRATED, not women friendly My experience has been horrible! Started the process of trading my car for another one 2 months ago and it still isn’t finalized!! I’ve called and left multiple msgs and no one will call me back. Every time I go in I wait at least an hour only to be given the run around that it is still being processed. My brother came in with me and wouldn’t you know that I got a response in a day. I had an unexpected down payment that was requested and in addition to having to pay that, I’ve had to make TWO car payments on my trade in that I haven’t had for 2 months!! We are two months in and no one has contacted my bank for a payoff amount and the new bank hasn’t received any paperwork to process the new loan. I don’t understand!! I can’t get a response so again, my brother went in and raised xxxx. Maybe someday this will be finalized. Will Never recommend! So frustrated. More

Absolute WORST customer service We bought a Dodge Ram back in September. We agreed on a payment, signed all the paperwork, and were on our way. Spent hours cleaning it. Then, 3 weeks later, they call to say the deal we made wasn’t going to work. We spent hours negotiating again, with zero apologies. They were extremely rude about it. We agreed on a new deal. Our plates took 2 months to get in, and they refused to get us a new temp tag. When I voiced my concerns, I was never given so much as an apology. They are the WORST. Telling everyone I know to never do business with Larry h Miller. More
