Smoke and mirrors! I have always respected the Miler family and all of the great work that Larry and Gail have done for their employees and communitys over the years. Although I have never bought a vehicle from them my wife and I received a mailer from them and were in the market for a new vehicle and drove to the Larry Miller used car lot to inquire about the offer for 2 "free movie tickets. After being taken into the office of sales manager by one of their sales team members and asked some questions about my interest in a vehicle It was determined that I was not the winner of the prizes on the flyer but did qualify for the 2 movie tickets. I gave my email address and then told by the manager that I would be mailed the movie tickets In a few days. I left thinking that I had wasted my time going to that used car lot and expecting that group to do what they said they would do. It has been several months and still no response on the promise that they made to me. Shame on You Larry Miller dealerships I will not trust that dealer to do what they promise. If they can't get it right on a couple of movie tickets I cannot allow myself to spend 70 grand of a new pickup. This response is not intended to disrespect Larry and Gail Miller. It is directed to the employees that represent them at this dealership. I do not recommend doing business with this location. More

Miller last year in July I traded in a vehicle as well as put money down signing paperwork and drove off the lot in a new vehicle after getting the insurance last year in July I traded in a vehicle as well as put money down signing paperwork and drove off the lot in a new vehicle after getting the insurance on it and driving it around. after 30 days I received a call telling me I needed to bring the car back, in doing so the reason I was told that Larry H Miller had paid to much for the vehicle and the bank was mad because they were losing money, they wanted me to put more money down and rise the monthly payment. I ended up going with another car which I liked and was happy with, a year goes by and i have made my payments on time I come in for an oil change and just put new tires on the front and and preparing for my safety and emissions renewal due in July making a long story short when I pulled i was greeted by the same sales person who helped me the first time and she said hey you have had that car about a year now and I said yes its been a year this month I'm coming in for an oil change, she said well what do you think about trading it in and looking for an up grade, I agreed and was interested in upgrading to an SUV after test driving a few and really liking one I did not qualify for the one I liked a few days later the sales person went out of her way to get me a vehicle she knew I would like and brought it from sandy to rive dale after signing all the paperwork and trading in my other vehicle I assumed every thing was fine drove off the lot and didn't hear from them after receiving a message on congratulating me on my new vehicle and if I had any questions to call blah blah, 30 days go by haven't heard anything from a bank or my plates coming in texted sales person asking to get back to me calling leaving messages then finally getting a call back to be told that the banks are refusing to work with me and their was some other options we could do but have to bring the vehicle back. not only have I had to bring a vehicle back once but twice of course i was upset and to find they had only one option for me and it was to take my other vehicle back I was told that they had no other vehicles that they were willing to work with me and I ended up having to drive my old vehicle illegally off of their lot because the tags were expired leaving me with a half an hour left to get to the DMV for a temp tag on a Friday. I also had to call the bank and explain to them why my car payment was late for the month of August. " How Rude!!" of Larry H Miller. More
They screwed me royally! I don’t normally post anything like this, but I want to give a friendly warning that if you are in the market for a new car DO NOT shop at the Larry H I don’t normally post anything like this, but I want to give a friendly warning that if you are in the market for a new car DO NOT shop at the Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket in Riverdale. A year ago (March 2015) I bought a used Chevy Colorado from them. It had a problem with the steering column and I told them they needed to fix it before I’d buy it. They wrote up a contract saying they would, so I drove it home that night. Week after week I don’t hear back. Eventually I call and ask when they’re going to fix it. They say the part is on order. Week after week I don’t hear back. It’s June now, and I go in and want to know why 3 months have passed and it hasn’t been done. They say no one ever ordered the part put they’d get right on it. Finally it comes in and I take the truck in and they “fix” it. I come to pick it up only to find out it’s been towed to the Chevy dealership. Turns out they couldn’t get it started after they replaced the steering column. The guys at Chevy tell me they messed up some electronic setting when they replaced it and that they’ve fixed the problem now. Then they also go on to tell me that a sensor, located in the steering column, has also been fried. It detects the auto-traction feature. It’s a $600 part. Funny, it sure worked before Larry H. Miller replaced the steering column. I tell Larry H. Miller that they fried the sensor and should replace it. I even have Chevy call them and explain what had happened. Larry H. Miller then goes into ‘ignore’ mode and won’t return a single phone call I make. When I go in they always tell me that the person who makes the decisions is gone and they’ll have them call me back. Months go by and eventually I gave up. Now, a year later, I take my truck in for inspection and it fails because it needs fender flares. I ask the guy that shouldn’t it have had them in the first place for the dealership to sell it to me and tell me it was inspected and registered. He tells me yes. So I go to Larry H. Miller and tell them that my truck failed inspection because of something they should have caught the first time. They then go on to tell me that I can’t prove it and that I’m lying and that I’ve put new rims and tires on it. Then the sales manager literally tells me that they’ve bent over backwards to help me and that it’s time for me to “hit the road.” Anyone who knows me know that I am not a contentious malcontent person, and I’m certainly not a liar and going to go through the trouble of putting on new rims and tires to score some $200 fender flares. I’m so mad that the only recourse I can think of is to spread the word to my friends. Avoid the Larry H. Miller Used Car Supermarket in Riverdale at all costs! If I save even one person from buying there, then I have done my duty. More

Got us exactly what we wanted! Liam at Larry H Miller Used Cars Riverdale was a great help. We went in looking for a Dodge Caravan but didn't find one on the lot. He took his time to look for us at other dealerships and once he found one in our price range he drove all the way to Sandy to bring it up to Riverdale for us. It was the exact model, mileage and price that we wanted. Liam listens to what you want and is dedicated enough to get it for you. If you go to LHM ask for Liam, he'll help you out. We did have an extra $200 tagged onto our loan that wasn't explained, but other than that great service! More
Above and beyond There is not one bad thing that I could say about this dealership. There was no pressure put on us by Austin Kendall as he sold us our van.
