Larry Miller Toyota Dealership I had the passenger airbag replaced , because of a recall. Mike Ross was excellent , from the moment I arrived , to when I picked my car up. horrible service The last 2 times I went for service, I was overcharged. 1st time: I went for routine oil change, but they tried to convince me to do $1600 of routine The last 2 times I went for service, I was overcharged. 1st time: I went for routine oil change, but they tried to convince me to do $1600 of routine maintenance. 2nd time: I went for diagnostic for emissions check and was quoted $189 for diagnostic, but was charged $250. The result of the diagnostic was a $1300 quote for a $50 part and 5-7 hours of labor. I confronted them about over charging for the diagnostic and they insulted me by implying I was lying about the $189 quote. I left them upset at the service and personal treatment. On a nice note, they gave me popcorn and a bottle of water, but I do not go to a car mechanic to overcharged and insulted. I do not recommend anyone bring there vehicle there unless pride and money are of no concern. More

Great Service and timely to boot! Only one minor complaint: My Tundra is too big for the LM car wash so I am not treated to a clean truck. scheduled service and recall repair i called to have 2 recalls done and waited a few weeks and when i brought my car in they told me no problem and when i picked it up ,one of the recall i called to have 2 recalls done and waited a few weeks and when i brought my car in they told me no problem and when i picked it up ,one of the recalls was NOT done because another service rep used the part. So now i have to bring it in AGAIN! More

I have worked with many of your service advisors however when I worked with Rick Emerson many y I've been coming to Larry Miller Toyota for 13 years. I have worked with many of your service advisors however when I worked with Rick Emerson many years ago I never would worked with anyone else. He provides exceptional customer service, keeps up to date on the progress, recommends service but doesn't push it, and is so pleasant every time. THANK YOU!!!! More
