Great service, very detailed in explaining what my car needed and why. My only issue was the glass guy walking up on me and telling me my windshield was chipped. It was actually bird poop. Customer service was nice, and helpful. However, when I scheduled my appointment I was quoted $218. I was later sent a quote for $381, and when I was called to confirm that I approved the q However, when I scheduled my appointment I was quoted $218. I was later sent a quote for $381, and when I was called to confirm that I approved the quote, they stated $307. When I went to pick up my car it was $337. I had scheduled an appointment to get my door handle fixed and a recall on the brakes corrected. They stated they did not have the parts for the recall, so I have to now schedule another appointment, and be without a vehicle. I would have assumed if you schedule an appointment, they would ensure your parts were ready, rather than wasting your time and having you come back. More
