I just spent half an hour typing in detailed situation precipitation my coming to the service at this dealership. Eric was most kind and helpful but had no explanation for why I had not been notified by r precipitation my coming to the service at this dealership. Eric was most kind and helpful but had no explanation for why I had not been notified by recall nor postcard that a critical software update was needed nor why the BIG BATTERY could not be checked to see how healthy it was after 20 years (2005 Prious). I assumed that the Chrismas lights on my dashboard and loss of any acceleration to help me to get safely off a freeway in the dark through speeding traffic. Luckily, AAA rescued me and my Prius, but hard knowing it could happen at any time when the big battery dies. More

Everyone has been great to work with. My only complaint is the tires. Bought new tires on their buy 3 get one free sale. Big mistake! Don’t like them not as good as the original tires. Also, got a nail in one and the dealer wants $30 to repair. Other tire shops I’ve used it’s free to fix! More

Made an appointment. The lady told me that would be about an hour cause I told her I had an appointment in two hours but I also told her I needed to talk to somebody abou The lady told me that would be about an hour cause I told her I had an appointment in two hours but I also told her I needed to talk to somebody about learning how to use my car and all the things it does She said I would have plenty of time and that I could do that when I got done that did not work out I had to go upfront to make sure my car was ready. Nobody talk to me and I finally they said no it wouldn’t be ready cause it was lunchtime but then I got the right name and I said I would have it done didn’t feel good about anything. Thought maybe they might wash it I guess you don’t do that anymore either but anyway that’s it. More
