This is the second time I’ve had my oil change, and the maintenance required light has not been reset. The work on my car was done. However, in my almost 30 years of owning a car, my car wasn’t ran through the wash. This review is for the service department. I will definitely not be coming back for their work any longer. Today was the second time I came back for my scheduled maintenance and the second tim I will definitely not be coming back for their work any longer. Today was the second time I came back for my scheduled maintenance and the second time around I have issues with them. I hate leaving bad reviews but maybe someone will bother hearing me out and taking it into consideration.Or perhaps someone at the company will read my review and hopefully use it for some good to better train or oversee their employees work. The first time I went in, I realized they didn’t do a tire rotation or properly check my tires. I ended up speaking to a lady in guest relations about the issue and she told me she would look into it. She was sure they did their job but that she would take a look at cameras to be positive. I waited a few days and she did return my call, but all I got out of it was her telling me that they checked the cameras and they did the work. I told her I didn’t want to call anyone a liar but I indeed for a fact knew that they didn’t do a tire rotation because one of my rims has a mark on it and it was in the exact same location still (on my front right wheel).If they had actually done a rotation, that rim would have been on a different spot (the back wheel of the car) given that they say they rotate from front to back. So from there, that just let me know that they didn’t actually bother checking any cameras or someone chose to lie because it wasn’t me. Sucks that my rim has a mark but thankfully it did because I was able to know for that exact reason. So they basically gave me signed papers saying work was done that wasn’t. They also didn’t even catch the tear in my tire, even after I mentioned my tire had been going flat for some days on end and that was a concern for my car. They told me everything checked out fine. Thankfully my tire didn’t bust and my kids and I didn’t get into an accident because even though it wouldn’t of been their fault, I would of felt they were a bit to blame for not catching the issue when that was part of the inspection they were suppose to have done. And still to this day I wonder if they did anything at all including my oil change... now after that first incident, I didn’t want to go back, however I can only go back to this location for my maintenance due to it being purchased here…So today 4/19/24 I went in for my second scheduled maintenance, which took 2 hours. I get it sometimes work duties can get busy and fall behind. But that wasn’t the issue. When I got my car back I noticed a scratch on my door. I mentioned it to my advisor and he went to grab another person. I honestly wish I got that guy’s name because he was the unpleasant one. He first said they would have to check cameras to see if it was something they did but he would go ahead & get it out with a quick buff, it wouldn’t be a problem.. however, when he came back and COULDNT get it out, he then switched modes and began to tell me how I have “all sorts of dings on the other door” that video won’t show what happened so there’s really no point to look. At that point I asked him if he was implying that the scratch was already there and that they didn’t do it and he says yes, I am exactly saying that. He just began telling me how It looks like I needed a wax and buff already. I told him that’s pretty disrespectful to just kind of say I’m wrong and not bother trying to fix the situation in any way. I told him that yes there is indeed 2 dings on my other door. Literally not more than that! One of which he pointed out that LITTLE DOES HE KNOW, was already on there when I purchased the car with them! He tried to tell me how that’s what happens in high traffic areas & I let him know yea that’s why I park my car far for that exact reason. Rebutting everything he said because it was all his opinions and no facts! When it comes to my car I am diligent in making sure it stays how I bought it. At that point I was pretty frustrated and just blown away at his responses so I just ended it and left More
