Stopped by 10/19/2012 to checkout a tire inflation indicator light on dashboard. Did not have an appointment and Jeremy gave us great service quickly finding out the problem at hand. Followed through indicator light on dashboard. Did not have an appointment and Jeremy gave us great service quickly finding out the problem at hand. In April 2012, I leased a 2012 Toyota Sienna van and as part of my lease, I receive complimentary service for 25,000 miles. I was scheduled with Jeremy Rizzo for my first service after 6 months. He was very personable and explained what service was done on my Sienna. Larry Miller certainly hires people who take a personal interest in you and your vehicle. Best service department I've been in for years. They come over right away and get you squared away with a loaner if you need it, even walk you to the rental counter. The work was done much sooner than I expected, and it was done perfectly. I am so happy to finally have found a dealer with good people in sales AND service. We are happy campers. More

I rated Nick and Larry Miller Toyota top marks simply because my experience was great. There were no issues and the experience went smoothly. Nick specifically was nice, polite and helpful. Worst customer service ever. Not the first time I've had a bad experience, unfortunately there is a big lack of options. If it wasn't for the name Toyota itself that place would be out of business. I went in with out an appointment because I was having tire problems, and was redirected to discount tires because they are too busy. Wouldn't even offer to put air in it!!!
