I have owned a car since 1963 and have never been happier with a dealership than I am with Larry Miller Toyota. In great part it is due to the excellent service of my advisor, Rick Emerson. I've had my Toyota vehicle for almost 8 years now and I continue to return to Larry Miller Toyota for service and maintenance. The main reason is customer service. I keep returning because I'm dealing with Rick Emerson who has always provided excellent customer service and I feel that I'm coming back to someone I know and who knows the experience I've had with my vehicle. The business model to provide customer service in this way is excellent and is much preferred to dealing with a different service manager every time one comes for service as I have experienced with other organizations. I especially like the fact that I have the same go-to guy assigned to take care of me and my car. We have gotten to know each other and I know that I can call him and get help when I need it.
