Rick Emerson, is my service advisor and he is very friendly and knowledgable. If I have a question or issue he always handles my question/issue the way I would expect. Although, I did not buy my car from Larry Miller (it was used), they have treated me just like I had purchased it from them. I feel like they are doing the right thing as they represent Toyota. Rick is very professional. I will continue to take my car to them even though the construction hardship makes it a mess for both the customers and the employees to work under. I had normal maintenance done and other problems were discovered a week later. I stopped by and Rick Emerson came out and looked at the issue and his advise was right on target. I had to make an appt to have it looked at which was prompt and the price was exactly as promised, repair was done and no more warning light. Rick has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. This was our first Toyota. We had an 'issue' with our new vehicle that we felt should be resolved by Toyota, at no additional cost to us. After just a bit of back-and-forth clarifications, that issue wa new vehicle that we felt should be resolved by Toyota, at no additional cost to us. I was taken at my appointed time, received a shuttle ride over to a mall to 'kill some time', and was picked up in the time they told me it would take. The e-mail reminder was also a nice touch. Everyone at the dealership seems to have customer satisfaction as their first priority. You can tell ... from the donuts and coffee, to the frequent, 'can I get you anything'? This is the nearest dealer to my home and I have used them a number of times in the past seven years for service other than routine tires and oil changes. Regardless of the service manager I have dealt them a number of times in the past seven years for service other than routine tires and oil changes. Regardless of the service manager I have dealt with I have always found them professional, courteous, and willing to fully explain the work being done to my car. I have never experienced an issue with the work done (they do it right the first time) regardless of whether I paid the bill or the Toyota warranty applied. Overall, I feel I get good value for the money I spend and highly recommend their service group. More
