At one time my wife and I had two RAV4; a 2000 and a 2009. We're now down to just the 2009. Over the years we've taken both vehicles to Larry Miller for service and continue to take the 2009. Chris Conger has been our service writer/adviser for most of those years. He is by far the most conscientious and trustworthy service writer I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When we take our car in for routine preventative maintenance I know that the work we've requested will be done right the first time. I also know that if Chris should call to let me know that during the pm service something was found that needs repair I can trust his word without question. Chris Conger is a skilled professional who is always courteous and friendly. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, competent and perhaps most importantly a trustworthy service writer for their vehicle/s. More
Asked for and got an early appointment for routine service on my 2012 Camry. Because I live some distance away, I left home and arrived 20 minutes early to the dealership. I was perfectly willing to service on my 2012 Camry. Because I live some distance away, I left home and arrived 20 minutes early to the dealership. I was perfectly willing to wait until my appointment time. Instead I was served almost immediately. Nick told me the wait would be approximately 90 minutes, so I decided to walk across the street for a leisurely breakfast. By the time I finished breakfast and went into the customer lounge, Nick came in to get another customer, saw me and informed me my car was ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to be on my way so quickly--less than an hour! Friendly, prompt service. Definitely my service place of choice, even though another is closer to my home. More

Bob Brawdy is, without a doubt, the best service manager I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few, as I buy a new car almost every year). He went out of his way to make sure I was happy w I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few, as I buy a new car almost every year). He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new car purchase, going beyond the extra mile to make sure a problem was taken care of ASAP, and in the correct manner. Every time I called Bob's work #, he answered (I thought about calling at 4 a.m., thinking he may even answer then). Bob is always polite, always friendly and respectful. In my case, he always made sure that the right information got to the right people at the right time. Bob deals with hundreds of people every week, and he treated me like I was important and his only customer. When I saw him again after two weeks, he actually remembered me! Where did you find this guy. He definitely belongs in customer service, or as a trainer on how to treat people. If you ever get any complaints about Bob, you probably had a customer who was a habitual complainer. I was impressed, and because of Bob, I will be back. Thanks. Bill Carrigan.
