Amanda was the most professional service rep I have ever delt with. My first few interactions with the Larry Miller Toyota Service staff were not great. I only continued to go to this dealership I have ever delt with. My first few interactions with the Larry Miller Toyota Service staff were not great. I only continued to go to this dealership for the free oil changes that came with the purchase of the vehicle. Amanda changed my view of the dealership. As long as the service level stays at what I just experienced I will continue to take my vehicle to this dealership. More

Brake Reservoir Tank Service Campaign I brought my 2010 Camry Hybrid for inspection of the Brake Reservoir Tank because of the mailing I received. Scott Hallowell (Assistant Service Manag I brought my 2010 Camry Hybrid for inspection of the Brake Reservoir Tank because of the mailing I received. Scott Hallowell (Assistant Service Manager) was courteous as usual, and had my car checked out - it did need a replacement of the Tank. The replacement service was done at this time - this was very helpful to me since it didn't require a follow-up appointment and more of my time. I have never had any problems with Scott, and will continue to select him when I have service or other needs for my vehicles. More

Larry Miller Toyota Service was excellent I plead guilty to neglecting my 97 4 runner so when I took it in for the timing chain replacement at 170,000 miles I new there would be some maintenan I plead guilty to neglecting my 97 4 runner so when I took it in for the timing chain replacement at 170,000 miles I new there would be some maintenance that needed done. Rick told me what was needed, didn't pressure me with scare tactics, told me what it needed NOW and what could wait. Splitting up the neglected service over the next 3 oil changes ($90 for all three, no taxes, great deal in itself) made it budget friendly. And I thought the charges were very reasonable. Delivered on time, shuttle on time, a really good experience. And what a vehicle. Thank you Rick, you made me a "key tosser". More
