I never mind taking my car in. Duane is a great service advisor to work with. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I called to make an appointment for my Toyota, because of a recall notice that I received. I was able to take it in the same day, which was great , as I was available. I came in and met Scott for my iol change, and as always, i walk the lot looking at all the new vehicles. I have been wanting the TC for a year now and was suprised at the new 2011 design and the one i got h i walk the lot looking at all the new vehicles. I have been wanting the TC for a year now and was suprised at the new 2011 design and the one i got had all the extras I like. So i prusued the sale, as they know of me there and knew i was just getting an oil change, but as soon as i spoke with Marvin, he took the reins and i do not know the man in the "booths" name, the finance guy, young, handsome, a Chiefs fan...lol... but he was very informative and likeable.They worked with me and i now have the car i have been wanting, they made it affordable. The finance man, Asian in decent, again, didn't catch his name, i worked with him beofre when purchasing my husbands XB last year..he is also very nice, he remembered me, and was very thourough of the paperwork. Over all, i give this dealership an 11!! I recomend them to everyone, they have never done me wrong, and if i have any questions, they are right there. they treat you like you ARE the only customer of the day. I like that, not that i expect it, that is why it is so special. Thank you!! More

Bought a 2010 Highlander Hybrid at Power Toyota. Needed to have the alignment and tire balance checked as I was getting a shimmy at highway speeds. As I work near LM Toyota I stopped by on the way home an to have the alignment and tire balance checked as I was getting a shimmy at highway speeds. As I work near LM Toyota I stopped by on the way home and asked them to take a look. The Service Mgr was pleasant and said it'd be no problem. That was until he realized I'd bought the vehicle at Power his attitude changed drastically. He suddenly claimed to have five cars in the alignment shop, but would 'check to be sure'. He dissapeared for 20 minutes - I can only assume he was hoping I would leave. When he finally came back he said it'd be a 5-7 hour wait. I'd heard and read reports about their attitude, so maybe I was hoping they were wrong. Well I guess not. Won't be getting any work or doing any business with them ever. OBTW - I've had Toyota's for 35 years and this only the second dealer I've had trouble with. More
