Took my car in to have the screen replaced due to a bad display unit and also wanted to talk to someone regarding trading in my 22 corolla hybrid for a 24 tacoma. I literally walked the lot and stood outside for more than 2 hours waiting without a single person asking if I needed help. I guess I didn't look the "type" because when I made mention of it to the service manger he said, "well you look like someone with money to buy a car, im not sure why that happened" it shouldnt matter how I "look" to receive service. I then had an issue with my backup camera being blurry with the new unit and was told by the same service manager that it's within spec and If I thought that was blurry, I should go see how bad the cameras are in the new tacoma you want. AFTER I JUST MENTIONED I WANTED TO BUY ONE. Great sales tactic! I ended up taking my business down the road and bought a 24 colorado zr2 for $50k. Your sales team should thank your service manager.
