Within 30 minutes of hitting the send button, we were called by Mr. Inman to express interest in working with us. He established a good rapport with me right away. So, our first experience was promptness on the part of the dealer salesman, and good communications. 2. Throughout the entire experience, Mr. Inman connected with us. He was friendly, casual yet professional, and explained everything to us. He remained interested in us and making sure our car buying experience would be a good one. 3. During the loan processing procedure, the loan officer also focused on our needs, explained every form succinctly and thoroughly, and was very friendly. He made sure we knew what was going on. 4. Mr. Inman contacted us a few days after our purchase to make sure the car was meeting our needs and expectations and to see if we had any questions. So i prusued the sale, as they know of me there and knew i was just getting an oil change, but as soon as i spoke with Marvin, he took the reins and i do not know the man in the "booths" name, the finance guy, young, handsome, a Chiefs fan...lol... but he was very informative and likeable.They worked with me and i now have the car i have been wanting, they made it affordable. The finance man, Asian in decent, again, didn't catch his name, i worked with him beofre when purchasing my husbands XB last year..he is also very nice, he remembered me, and was very thourough of the paperwork. Over all, i give this dealership an 11!! I recomend them to everyone, they have never done me wrong, and if i have any questions, they are right there. they treat you like you ARE the only customer of the day. I bought my first Prius about a year ago from Ernie. He was so personable, friendly and accomodating. The sale was quick and easy. We talked and joked along the way. Ernie called a couple of weeks later to make sure I was still happy with the car and to make sure everything was okay. Some time later I did end up calling Ernie with some questions about the car. He returned my call promply with the answers I needed. Unfortunately, about a month ago, I was in an accident with my Prius and the insurance company totaled it. I did not hesitate to go right back to Larry Miller Toyota to get a new car. I knew they would treat my right and give me the best deal possible (and they did). I called Ernie and he said he would meet me that afternoon at the dealership. After we found the car I wanted, Ernie turned me over to Walter. Walter was fantastic! He whipped right through all the paperwork, explaining everything as he went. He is extremely knowledgable, efficient and friendly. I drove away in my car that very day...with a full tank of gas!!! (Those little things mean a lot.) I would also like to add that the service personel are also terrific. I am always sent to Dean when my car needs to be serviced. He is quick, dependable and thourough. And my car always comes back to me washed! (Another one of those "little things")! I recommend Larry Miller Toyota to everyone I know. I went in the next morning with only about 2 hours to complete the transaction and was turned over to Derrick who was originally put in the position to be my contact in Michelle's absence. He and Jessie the Finance Manager completed the process in record time. I was offered to meet the Service Manager but time for me was running short. They did schedule my first service appointment I can meet him then. I am a senior citizen now and I managed many work groups during My working life and I can say without reservation that the Employees at Larry Miller Toyota know what teamwork is and how to make a Customer unaware of the internal working of their respective positions. Scott Willetts (the Fleet Manager) treated me with dignity and gave me a *smoking* deal on my new Highlander. Seriously - none of our friends can believe the price I paid for this great car! NEW YEAR'S EVE! I picked up the car New Year's Day, and he had filled it with gas - nice touch. On top of everything else, the final paperwork guy had just finished telling me he couldn't set up my 1st service appt. because it was New Year's (and service was closed - yada yada), when in walks Scott carrying my appointment card.
