Worst customer service ever. Not the first time I've had a bad experience, unfortunately there is a big lack of options. If it wasn't for the name Toyota itself that place would be out of business. No high pressure tactics!!! Salesmen showed car and all options and then reviewed financing terms presenting all options. Wife and I took test drive (third car we test drove that day) and then went out to options and then reviewed financing terms presenting all options. Called Ernie to tell him we had decided on the Scion and would be back in an hour to start paperwork. During the hour we were out eating Ernie and Marce had already completed most of the paperwork as well as washed and preped the car for delivery. The entire financing / paperwork portion of the buying experience took less than one hour. My wife and I will definately recommend this dealer to all our friends and when we get ready to buy our next vehicle the Larry Miller Auto Group (Toyota, Scion, Hyundai, etc.) will get first chance to keep our business.
