Mike in service was completely amazing. My experience was ok. It was a lot of games played I felt vs. Just helping us with what we asked, we were torn between two cars and had options we wanted to explore. At one point I felt that I was burdening my sales rep. And in his words “he spent 6” hours with me… which my response was no I’ve spent 6 hours at this dealership and I’m the customer. The service division is fantastic- I’ve taken all my Toyota vehicles there for service and maintenance and have had wonder no pressure experiences. It wasn’t horrible but I never want to go through that process again! More
