Got an appointment set up two weeks ago as it was actually available unlike Bell Road Toyota who has nothing on the weekends and the last appointment during the week ends at 3pm. Got my multipoint inspection and oil change taken care of and ShaKoda was great to work with. Will be going here from now on even though the other dealership is 5 min from me. More

I’ve been going to this specific dealership for over two decades to service the Toyotas I’ve had, for good reason. They don’t abuse their power with the customer, they don’t oversell, there’s no pressure sa decades to service the Toyotas I’ve had, for good reason. They don’t abuse their power with the customer, they don’t oversell, there’s no pressure sales - it’s just straight forward business, and they take care of their customer and product. Jaun Marquez, my service advisor was amazing! He took the time to explain the process because I added 4 new tires to my service! He gave me an estimated time of completion of about 3 hrs!
